Meet Thomas Leverett!

Thomas believes that all people have the capacity to tap into their sacred selves and find real freedom. Understanding this Truth he fills his classes with the motivation and space to allow people to explore their inner world while finding strength, fluidity, and resilience in their outer world.

As students breathe their way through one of his challenging vinyasa classes they begin to discover that their connections and ties run deeper and farther than they ever imagined, and that this yoga is the art of self acceptance. This yoga is the yoga of unconditional love.

Thomas runs and teaches at his own yoga, martial arts and fitness studio, Del Sol Martial Arts & Fitness as well as Lifetime Fitness and Austin Wanderlust Yoga. He has studied in depth vegetarian and vegan cooking and offers personalized classes and lectures on a heart centered approach to eating. He is also the co-founder of "Hearts Wide Open, Yoga and Seva Retreat" a retreat focused on doing seva work in Nicaragua with the elderly and orphaned youths.

He is also a Crossfit coach and a 17 year practitioner and Master instructor of 7 Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu. He is a Best selling co- author of 3 Steps to Your Best Body, specifically writing on "Fitness with Soul- Offering the Fruits of Your Actions to a Higher Purpose". Thomas has studied yoga under the personal guidance of Jonny Kest, and leads 200 HR Teacher Trainings for LifePower Yoga, under his direction.
