Meet Tiffany Vickers Davis!

Tiffany Vickers Davis is the Cooking Light Test Kitchen Manager at its editorial offices in Birmingham, AL. In her role, Tiffany manages the workflow and operations of the Cooking Light Test Kitchen in addition to developing, testing and editing recipes for the brand.

Tiffany started her culinary career at a restaurant in Chapel Hill, NC while attending University of North Carolina. After finishing school with a Journalism degree and working in public relations at large firms in Los Angeles and New York, Tiffany returned to cooking. She attended the French Culinary Institute in New York and Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC.

Tiffany sharpened her culinary skills at high profile restaurants like Crook’s Corner in Chapel Hill and Magnolia’s Bar and Grill in Charleston, SC. In 2001, she joined the Cooking Light Test Kitchen team.

Originally from North Carolina, Tiffany resides in Birmingham, AL with her husband and son.
