Meet Dina Paz!

Chef Dina Paz is the the owner of Pazitive Provisions, a culinary consulting company focused on creating new products for consumer and retail brands plus menu development for food service operations.


Chef Dina also partners with organizations who strive to end childhood obesity and food insecurity. Her work with LiveWell Colorado@School Food Initiative allows her to promote the importance and yumminess of fruits and vegetables in areas where there is high food insecurity and lack of access. She's a self-proclaimed fruit & veggie peddler!


Chef Dina is also a culinary educator, food advocate, and an unabashed lover of street food. She received her degree from the Culinary Institute of Colorado in Denver.
