Jennifer Conway began her fitness career with a 500-hour certification in Hatha yoga. After honing her skills in the studio, she took her education to the next level by earning a personal training certificate. With the launch of Inspired Fitness, she made the leap from part-time student of the physical arts to full-time fitness professional. With an eye toward alignment and body mechanics, her yoga knowledge informs her training style, and vice-versa. Today, she continues to help folks find relief from pain and improve their overall wellness, inspiring fitness along the way.
